By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

1.About Xtand

This website is operated by Mebotx Technology Co., Limited, located at Room 502C, 5th Floor, Haizheng Commercial Center, No. 2-16, Garden Street, Wanchai District, Hong Kong. Throughout the site, “Xtand,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mebotx Technology Co., Limited.

2. One-Time Purchase, No Subscription

Purchases made on Xtand.ai are one-time purchases unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Buying an Xtand product does not enroll you in a subscription, membership, or recurring billing plan. We will not charge you again for the same order unless you place another order yourself.

Newsletter sign-ups, promotional emails, or account creation do not create a paid subscription.

3. Product Information

We do our best to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, availability, and promotions. However, minor differences may occur due to product updates, screen display settings, packaging changes, or manufacturing improvements.

Xtand may update product information, pricing, or availability at any time before an order is confirmed.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payment is charged at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or misuse of promotions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

For eligible U.S. orders, Xtand may offer free shipping as shown on the product page or checkout page. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside our control.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Xtand.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the product is in good condition, includes all accessories, manuals, and original packaging, and shows only normal inspection or fitting use.

To start a return, contact hello@xtand.ai with your order number, product model, reason for return, and photos or videos if the product has an issue.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping fees, payment processing fees, or handling fees may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, Xtand may provide a repair, replacement, replacement shipment, or full refund.

Xtand will cover approved shipping costs related to verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect shipments.

8.Warranty

Xtand products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, water damage beyond the product’s stated resistance level, unauthorized repair, modification, improper charging, improper storage, or use that does not follow product instructions.

Warranty service may require proof of purchase, photos, videos, product inspection, or return of the product.

9.Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting hello@xtand.ai as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the product, please follow the return process after receiving it.

If payment processing fees cannot be refunded by the payment provider, those fees may be deducted from your refund where permitted by applicable law.

10.Product Use and Health Disclaimer

Xtand products are designed to support movement and comfort during activity. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Xtand products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency care.

If you have knee pain, injury, a medical condition, recent surgery, circulation issues, skin sensitivity, or any concern about using the product, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Stop using the product if you experience pain, numbness, swelling, irritation, unusual discomfort, or any adverse reaction.

11.User Responsibilities

You agree to use Xtand products safely and according to product instructions.

You are responsible for checking fit, charging the device properly, keeping the product clean and dry according to care instructions, and using the product only for its intended purpose.

Do not disassemble, modify, puncture, burn, crush, or expose electronic components or batteries to unsafe conditions.

12.Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, submit false information, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the website for fraudulent or harmful activity.
